Dr. Katie Machovsky has worked in higher education since 2006. She is currently the executive director of communication, alumni, and external relations where she uses her education and professional experience to lead a group of talented individuals to increase the presence of the college throughout the state and nation, engage alumni, friends, students, faculty, staff, and legislators, and develop strategies to share the impact of the top-ranked UI College of Nursing.
