Next Steps Following Csomay Center Grant Award
Below is an outline of next steps to access the funds and begin your project.
STEP 1. Complete the Award Agreement Form
Following award notification, the Csomay Center team will send an Award Agreement Form. Please submit it to csomay-center@uiowa.edu.
STEP 2. Become a member of the Csomay Center.
Recipients of pilot funds are required to be a current member of the Csomay Center. If you aren't already a member, please follow the link to join.
STEP 3. Submit IRB Letter of Approval
Grant recipients MUST submit their IRB Letter of Approval before any spending can occur. Follow the link below to submit your Letter of Approval to csomay-center@uiowa.edu.
STEP 4. Begin project.
Now that you have completed all of the necessary steps, you can begin spending grant funds. Please reach out to us with any questions.
STEP 5. Engage in the required quarterly progress check-ins.

STEP 6. Submit final project report.
All Csomay Center grant recipients are required to submit a final report 60 days after project completion. Please utilize the form linked below to complete your final report and submit to csomay-center@uiowa.edu.
